Since Numbers and Calc have different features, with every choice you may lose formatting. I would suggest selecting Create a file for each table but you can try both selections to see which produces better results.

Since the OP has not provided the name of the document nor the OpenOffice application, I will guess the task is to use Calc with data from a Numbers application. They are either pre-installed or can be added for free from Apple's App Store. csv (comma separated values) or plain text if he still has access to Apple Numbers and Pages, then open them in OO and reformat.Everyone using MacOS 10.15 including the OP will have Pages, Numbers, and Keynote available.
